Audiovisual 360 Privacy Policy

The Information Audiovisual 360 Pty Ltd Collects About You

Audiovisual 360 asks for specific types of personal information. We ask you to provide information that will enable us to provide services to you, enhance your site visit, respond to requests for information, support your relationship with us, and assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you after your visit.

Audiovisual 360 may collect information when you interact with us. Some of the instances when this happens might be when you:

When Audiovisual 360 Will Share Your Personal Information

Your information may be shared with other Audiovisual 360 entities, agents or contractors performing services for Audiovisual 360 Pty Ltd, such as Audiovisual 360 Service Providers and financial institutions. If so, Audiovisual 360 will seek to ensure that your information is only used in connection with the functions these parties will be performing for Audiovisual 360 and that all such information is treated in a confidential manner.

Audiovisual 360 will disclose your personal information to the extent required or authorised by applicable law, if ordered or required to do so by a court or enforcement authority as appropriate, or to ensure that we are in compliance with our legal obligations.

Audiovisual 360 may transfer your personal information to third party service providers to the extent necessary to perform our functions or activities. We may supply your personal information to third parties to perform services on our behalf, such as:

Upon your request and within 30 days we will inform you about the type of personal information we hold about you, the purposes for which we hold it and the possible recipients or types of recipients. Upon written request and within a reasonable period of time we will also amend, correct, delete or cease to process personal information if that information proves to be factually inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant to the purpose(s) of the processing.

How We and Our Partners Use Cookies

Targeted Email Marketing by AudioVisual 360

Some marketing you receive, including email marketing, may also be personalised based on your visits to and your browsing and purchase history. In addition, when you click on some links in email marketing you receive, our email service provider may place a cookie on your browser. This cookie would be linked to your email address and used to gather information about the products and services you view and purchase on Information gathered may be used to personalise and customize future email marketing messages and marketing communication you receive. You may opt out of this use by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every personalised email marketing message you receive.

How We and Our Partners Use Web Beacons

Audiovisual 360 or third parties with whom we have contracted or sub contracted, may use web beacons on our web site, in our emails, in our advertisements on other web sites, or in our advertisements in others’ emails. Similarly, third parties whose content or advertisements appear at, or whose emails sends to our users, may also place web beacons in their advertisements or emails for purposes of measuring the effectiveness of the content, advertisements, or email.

A web beacon is an electronic image that can be used to recognise a cookie on your computer when you view a web page or email. Web beacons help us measure the effectiveness of our web site and our advertising in various ways. For example, web beacons may count the number of individuals who visit our web site from a particular advertisement or who make a purchase from our web site after viewing a particular advertisement or they may tell us when a web page is viewed and provide a description of the page where the web beacon is placed. We, or third parties acting on our behalf, may use web beacons or related technology on our site, in our communications, on other sites, or in our communications in others’ messages. Additional Information

If you have asked to be contacted by one of Audiovisual 360 partners, we will need to provide them with your contact details. This information will not be shared with any other party and will be forwarded to that partner for the sole purpose of allowing them to contact you. Personal data obtained from you is held and processed in accordance with all applicable laws and consistently with Audiovisual 360 privacy statement.
